Refund Policy

Effective Date: 28-03-2024

All services provided by Webelio (Sedawk Dynamics Pvt. Ltd.) are digital, custom, time-intensive, and non-returnable in nature. All payments are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced, except under the limited conditions stated below.

1. No Refund Scenarios

  • Change of mind, change of business direction, or loss of interest.
  • Delays caused by the Client (late content, approvals, payments, feedback).
  • Lack of communication or non-responsiveness from the Client.
  • Work that has been approved expressly or by deemed acceptance.
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective creative elements after approval.
  • Failure to achieve specific marketing results (rankings, ROI, traffic, sales, leads).
  • Third-party service failures (hosting, plugins, APIs, ad platforms).
  • Client-initiated mid-project cancellations.
  • Non-usage of delivered services.
  • Force majeure events.

2. Limited Partial Refund Eligibility

  • Webelio has failed to deliver due to a proven fault on our side; AND
  • The Client has fulfilled all obligations (payments, content, approvals, communication); AND
  • The request is raised in writing within seven (7) days of the issue; AND
  • No deliverables have been used, downloaded, deployed, or approved.
  • Even where eligible, refunds are calculated after deducting work performed, time invested, third-party costs, and administrative charges. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days.

3. Milestone-Based Billing

  • Payments for completed or in-progress milestones are fully non-refundable.
  • Refund eligibility, if any, applies only to upcoming, unstarted milestones.

4. Digital Marketing Services

  • Marketing retainers, ad management fees, SEO fees, and campaign setup fees are fully non-refundable once the service period has begun.
  • Ad spend paid to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is controlled by the platform and not refundable by Webelio.

5. Maintenance & Subscription Services

  • Monthly/annual maintenance, hosting, or support plans are non-refundable once activated. Cancellation stops future renewals only.

6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

  • The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment gateway disputes without first attempting resolution directly with Webelio.
  • Any chargeback raised in violation of this policy shall be treated as a fraudulent dispute and breach of contract.
  • Webelio reserves the right to suspend services, revoke deliverables, blacklist the Client, report to payment processors, and initiate civil and criminal legal proceedings to recover dues, damages, and legal costs.

7. Final Authority

  • All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Webelio and are final and binding.
